Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SosoTasks (owned and operated by Mr. Web Tech Solutions, Nigeria). By registering, accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About Our Service

SosoTasks is a marketplace that connects two types of users:

Posters (employers) — people and businesses who pay to grow their social media presence. They post tasks such as follows, likes, shares, comments and subscriptions on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Earners (workers) — people who complete those tasks, submit proof, and earn naira for approved work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SosoTasks. You agree to provide accurate information, create only one account per person, and not create fake or duplicate accounts. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or closed.

3. How Earnings Work

When you complete a task, you submit proof such as a screenshot or a link to your action. A poster or our team reviews your proof. Earnings are added to your wallet only after your work is approved. Rejected or fraudulent submissions do not earn payment. Payment for approved tasks is not guaranteed unless the task was completed honestly and on time.

4. Wallet, Deposits and Withdrawals

Your earnings are stored in your in-app wallet. To fund your wallet you make a deposit through our payment processors. Withdrawals are paid by bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and must be approved before payment.
A withdrawal charge (currently 10% of the amount) applies. The charge is deducted from your wallet in addition to the amount you withdraw, so your wallet must cover the amount plus the charge.
You can withdraw only to your own verified bank account.
If your balance is not enough to cover the amount and the charge, your withdrawal will not be processed.
Withdrawals may be rejected if your proof, account activity or requests appear fraudulent or abusive.

5. Task Rules for Earners

When completing tasks, you must:

Follow the exact instructions on each task, including the correct link, platform and action.
Submit genuine proof that matches what you were asked to do.
Use real accounts that you control. Bot accounts, fake accounts and automated tools are strictly prohibited.
Keep a task's details confidential where asked.

We may reject or cancel your work, and withhold payment, if you break these rules.

6. Rules for Posters

When posting tasks, you must:

Post tasks that are legal, honest and comply with the platforms you target (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Not ask earners to do anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that violates a third party's rights.
Fund your wallet before posting paid tasks and pay for approved work.
Review submitted proof fairly and within a reasonable time.

7. Referral Program

You may invite friends to join SosoTasks using your referral link. When a referred friend signs up and completes the required activities, you earn a referral bonus. Referral bonuses are paid only for genuine, active users. Referrals from fake accounts, self-referrals or spam are not allowed.

8. Account Activation

Some accounts may be required to complete an activation step before unlocking all earning features, such as withdrawing earnings. Activation payments, where they apply, are used to verify accounts and protect the platform from fraud. They are not refundable.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Create multiple or fake accounts.
Use bots, scripts or automation to complete tasks.
Submit false, reused or edited proof.
Attempt to defraud posters, earners or the platform.
Disrupt the platform, attack its systems, or misuse others' information.
Break the rules of Instagram, Facebook or TikTok while using the platform.

10. Fees and Charges

We may charge fees for services, including deposit processing fees and the withdrawal charge described above. We may change or add fees at any time, and changes take effect when they are updated on the platform. Your continued use of SosoTasks after a fee change means you accept the new fees.

11. Intellectual Property

The SosoTasks name, logo, website design and content are owned by Mr. Web Tech Solutions. You may not copy, reuse or redistribute them without our permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we aim for a reliable service, we do not guarantee that SosoTasks will always be available, error-free or secure, and we do not guarantee a minimum level of earnings. Your success depends on your effort and on honest completion of tasks.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SosoTasks and Mr. Web Tech Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of earnings or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount in your wallet at the time of the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, behave fraudulently, or harm other users or the platform. When an account is closed for a violation, any outstanding balance may be withheld. You may stop using SosoTasks at any time by closing your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be shown on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
